I did some calculations of Fst. First, I included all individuals, regardless of whether or not they were super clones. Here are some Fst values I got.
Across all ponds/years: 0.2529871
D8 Spring 2016 versus D8 Spring 2017: 0.1689185
D10 Spring 2016 versus D10 Fall 2016: -0.04154038
D8 Spring 2017 versus DBunk Spring 2017: 0.1100783
Super clones within D8: 0.4791632
However, these Fst analyses are likely being heavily influenced by all the super clone individuals. Next I redid the analyses only including one individual per super clone/pond/season.
Across all ponds/years: 0.08473811
D8 Spring 2017 versus DBunk Spring 2017: 0.04266614
Super clones within D8: 0.05553594 *** However, this is last one is not a valid analysis as the sample size for super clones is n=1.
